Refunds & Returns

Crystals:

MOONBOXNZ does not offer refunds, exchanges or store credit for change of mind purchases. 


All crystals are carefully checked over and inspected before packaging. All crystals are handled with love and are gently packaged to ensure they get to their new homes safely. 

If there is any issue (such as being lost) or damage when you receive your crystals, please contact NZPOST or your respective courier company directly to fill out a claims forms: www.nzpost.co.nz.

Dresses:

MOONBOXNZ does not offer refunds, exchanges or store credit for change of mind purchases.

If you have chosen the wrong size, you are able to exchange it for the correct size. Please use this email to change your dress size- moonbox.nz@gmail.com

Subject Line:  "CHANGE SIZE"

If your subject line is not typed correctly, your request may be missed. 

**Please note that ALL orders must be made via our online store. We are unable to accept physical returns, pick ups or cash payments.**
